Coordination Pacakages

Our Coordination packages are an ideal option for the bride that wants to plan a majority of her wedding but needs a professional coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and execute the details on the day of the wedding so that the bride and family can relax and enjoy their special day. All packages include a complimentary initial meeting to discuss your vision and expectations. We are in constant communication offering guidance and help from the very first meeting. Everything we do is not limited to the below list but the list does act as a basic guideline as to what we do to help make your wedding day magical.

Gold Package

Our most complete package, everything to make your day perfect!

 

Includes:

  • 1 Lead Coordinator and 1 Assistant Coordinator

  • Set up of linens, centerpieces & place settings other decor

  • 4, 1 hour meetings to go over the details of the big day

  • Unlimited communication via phone (9am to 8pm) and email (anytime)

  • Creation of Wedding Day Timeline

  • Coordination with all appropriate vendors (sending timelines, changes, exc..)

  • Venue Walkthrough

  • Coordinate/confirm timeline with vendors as they arrive

  • Pinning of boutonnieres and distributing flowers to VIP’s

  • Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Communicate with DJ or other person assigned to make announcements of grand entrance, first dance, dinner served, cake cutting ex..

  • Coordinate and run bridal party walking order/placement for ceremony as well as ceremony etiquette

  • Load up Gifts

  • Organize/Box up Decor

  • Put Bride and Grooms Luggage in Get Away Vehicle

  • Assure that all requirements and closing duties to venue are done properly

  • 1.5 hour rehearsal coordination

  • 14 hours of wedding day coordination. First to arrive and lsat to leave. Complete venue clean up at additional cost and staff.

Ceremony Only

We will help you get down the isle

  • Organize and run ceremony rehearsal

  • Coordinate and run the bridal party walking order/placement for the ceremony as well as ceremony etiquette

  • Arrives 30 minutes prior to ceremony, departs after ceremony
